Belle session
March 2017
Love doesn’t have to be perfect, its just needs to be true.
Belle session.
The dress.
Last fall I was lucky enough to get “Belle” dress on really good sale. Of course with “Beauty and the Beast” movie coming out, this seemed like a great time to try it out for Belle session. I have decided to try hand painting a backdrop that would work for a Belle session. While this backdrop is not perfect by any means, it was a great experience to hand paint one and I think it works. Making my own props is important to me, because its the only way to have unique sessions.
The session.
I am very happy with the way Belle session turned out. I was going for dreamy, slightly whimsy portrait session. My main goal was to deliver princess experience to this little girl and for her to have an image that she can hold on to. I try to stay away from too many objects and focus on my subject. I chose props that represent Belle the best: roses and books.
And yay-the GIVEAWAY.
Oh yay, a giveaway! I have decided to celebrate release of ” Beauty and the Beast” movie and give away Belle session to a lucky little girl.
